Hospitalization Booking Service

It is available to provide all the necessary information (procedures, reimbursement procedures, etc.), and we recommend calling a couple of days before admission to get all sorts of details.

    For planned or non-urgent hospitalizations contact the admittance office from 08.00 to 20.00, Monday to Friday, Saturday from 07.30 to 14.00 and Sunday from 09.00 to 13.00 at: 06 33094.5085 – 14. The admittance staff will supply the patient with all the information needed re bookings, services, procedures and insurance refund files relevant to the inpatient stay.

Admittance

Admittance of the patient is performed on the same day as hospitalization and all you need to do is go to the Admission Office – open from Monday to Friday – 07.30 to 19.30 and on Saturday from 07.30 to 14.00, located on the ground floor.

On check-in you will need to show, prior to admission

  • identification document
  • fiscal code
  • prospective insurance company card, including the claim number, issued by the insurance company

After completing the administration procedures, the highly qualified staff of nurses will welcome the patient to the inpatient floor where he/she will receive the initial information regarding the relevant diagnostic and therapeutic program.

Preparation for surgery

The admittance staff will supply the patient with all the information needed re bookings, services, procedures and insurance refund files relevant to the inpatient stay.

Discharge

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the room must be vacated by 09.00 on discharge day.

Medical Record requests

you wish to receive a certified copy of your medical record, kindly hand in your written request to the Administration office using the form provided in every room. The documentation will be available within 20 days as from the date of application.

A person in the patient’s confidence may withdraw the record, subject to written authorization and presentation of a valid identification document.
